The hostel staff were very communicative from the time of booking to arrival. Room for family of 4 was very comfortable, clean and neat. Free tea and coffee was offered to us, as well as freshly baked treats. Location is excellent, right in down town Cairo.. Unfortunately I broke my wrist the night of our stay, and the staff went out of their way to purchase medication and a bandage for me, and would not take any payment. Such excellent service and so kind. Can definitely recommend this hostel.

Highly recommend this place to any and all kinds of people. We were greeted by the loveliest people who made our trip in Egypt a trip of a lifetime. Mahmoud is a wonderful host who cares about his guests like his own family, he provided us with transportation, tours around the pyramids, with lots of fun activities like quad biking in the desert and camel riding. The rooms are also incredibly clean and if anything is missing, Mahmoud will provide it on the spot. He also has his own restaurant which overlooks the pyramids in a very beautiful way. If you landed on this booking, I suggest you look no further because this will be the perfect spot for you!
