The breakfast comprises of many local and handmade products which are among the best I have ever seen in a hotel. The food in the restoration is exceptional as well. Of our 5-day stay, we ate 4 nights in the hotel as the food is that good. The staff and host are exceptional. The Mill is wonderfully restored with great taste and flair. I look forward to coming there again in the future!
