The room was comfortable and it looked like the bathroom and possibly the whole room was recently refurbished. The breakfast was excellent and there is a very nice lounge to relax in the evening. There is also a pool, steam room and sauna. A bit small maybe, but a nice little bonus facility nonetheless. The location is good, about 20 minutes walk from the town centre and with good access to the whole Lake District area. A good tip here, take the 555 bus from Kendal to Keswick going through Windermere and Ambleside. Fantastic scenery viewed from the top deck and all for the price of a coffee!

Fabulous B&B exceptionally clean. Richard and Wendy are Fabulous hosts and the breakfast was certainly worth getting up for. The rooms were airy and really clean with everything you need for your stay.
