Location was about a 5 minute walk to train station. Room was updated, clean, and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and delivered to your room at your requested time from 8-10am. We were able to store our luggage upon checkout since our train ride was in the afternoon. I would recommend this place.

Samuela was just amazing in hospitality and support to make you really feel like you are in your own place and city. She would provide any support you can think of. Not many places in Florence comes with an elevator but this one had and comes with excellent air conditioning too.

The location is superb just a few steps from the Duomo to the left and the Uffuzi to the right. Zero noise from the street due to double paned heavy windows. very romantic. Not a great place for families/kids.
