The apartment was very modern, extremely clean and equipped with everything we could have needed, such as new kitchenware, two bathrooms and two balconies with a great view over Athens, including the Acropolis. The property manager made sure that our stay was excellent and the property has a luggage space and a gym downstairs.

Due to our early arrival, the owner allowed us to leave our luggage safely in their office on the 6th floor. There are free parking spaces in front of the building, the locals warned us that vehicles are often broken into. We had no problems.

Although the neighborhood may not be a hype one, this place certainly puts the area in the short stay/serviced apartments scene. Excellent facilities and product by all means! The accessibility to the Metro, as well as the access to the motorway make this place ideal for exploring the city of Athens, while being able to rent a car for day trips in the entire Attica region. On a last note, I believe this facility contributes in the upgrade of the wider area of Kato Patissia! Great work, Lux&Easy!!! Kudos!

My room had surprisingly high ceilings, very qualified products for hygine, remarkable interior design which was all adorable. The room can be good both for a short stay or for a longer one definitely if you are digital nomad. There is a great lobby which is designed as a very beautiful working space. The place is definitely my favorite so far in Koukaki.
